ATTADALE CASE STUDY
Lucilia wanted to build a place that did not feel like a box, but rather like a smaller version of her former home with all the modern finishing’s and choices to customise exactly what she wanted.
The client’s experience during the design stage was very easy and detailed, with plenty of advice to get the best design for the space she had and also they were able to sit down for an entire morning with the Summit Granny Flats Interior Designer to pick out their colours to coordinate each room which they thought was really fantastic.
The part of the process she were most impressed with though, was the construction stage, Lucilia thought that her Site Supervisor was amazing and kept her informed at every stage.
Lucilia loves her finished new home, and although she was initially worried about the process of downsizing, she feels that she has the open, airy and low-maintenance home that she wanted and wouldn’t change a thing.
Overall she thought the entire process was quicker and easier that she expected and she appreciated the direct access to her Building Supervisor, as it made her feel confident with the building process.
